Refund policy
Returns
Any apparel items are special order items and custom ordered to print. There are no returns or refunds on special order items. If you purchased general merchandise (glassware, commemorative items (non-apparel) you must contact us within 15 days of receipt. Email illinibars@gmail.com to initiate return. Customer is responsible for return postage.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, we cannot exchange sizes as all items are special order. To make an exchange on a damaged or defective item please contact us via email at illinibars@gmail.com
Special Order Pickup Stores
Special pickup stores (Moms, Dad's and Homecoming Weekend). Customer is responsible for picking up their order at KAMS at the scheduled times available. If pickup is missed contact us at illinibars@gmail.com. We will attempt to make arrangements to get you your order. However customer is responsible to initiate contact.
